Arrival of Istanbul flight still unclear

Istanbul-Yekaterinburg flight operated by Turkish Airlines has been delayed. The airline hasn’t been able to state the exact arrival time yet.
Now the flight was supposed to have arrived in Yekaterinburg at noon today, but was actually called off.
