Court rules in favor of prosecution authorities

Yekaterinburg’s Ordzhonikidzevskiy district’s public prosecution authorities laid a claim against ZAO AKADO-Yekaterinburg, the Internet provider, in order to set a limit to online distribution of information, the spokesperson for Sverdlovsk Region’s division of Rospotrebnadzor (the state consumer rights watchdog) reports. Now Rospotrebnadzor’s experts were involved in the case as a third party.
According to Rospotrebnadzor’s regional division, www.trava66.ru website carried an advertisement of Spice Diamond, the tobacco mix. The court ruled in favor of the public prosecution authorities.
