Sverdlovsk Region gets on good-rating-regions list

The Bank of Russia came up with a list of the Russian Federation constituencies and municipalities whose rating comes to at least B-/B3.
According to the bank’s official website, the list comprises thirty-eight Russian regions, including Sverdlovsk Region.
