VGOK loses 76.41m

The net loss of Vysokogorskiy Ore Mining and Processing Enterprise (VGOK) amounted to 76.41 million RUR in the first half of 2009, whereas a year earlier, the enterprise had 1.19 billion RUR worth of net profits.
