The stockholders of Nizhniy Tagil boiler plant decided in the course of the annual general meeting to pass the dividend for 2008. At the same time, each BOD members is to get the monthly remuneration of 30,000 RUR and is going to get all the job-related expenses covered (provided all the financial proofs are submitted properly).
