Koltsovo Airport’s control tower might not get finished by summit

Sverdlovsk Region to back out of corporation on development of Urals’ north

‘Sverdlovsk Region is not going to enter The Industrial Urals-The Polar Urals (a corporation created to support the industrial development of the Urals’ north).
