SKB-Bank’s bank cards hit CREDCARD’s Top 10 rating

4 April 2008 (08:01)

CREDCARD, the Internet portal, came up with its People’s Customer Trust Rating where Russian banks’ plastic cards were evaluated based on the statistical analysis of the portal’s visitors’ opinions. Respondents were asked to assess a bank’s card on a scale of zero to ten, and then the average of all votes was found considering the number of voters.

According to the results of this voting, SKB-Bank made it to the Top 10 Banks list in terms of customer trust index, which means the bank’s customers trust the company highly enough and feel good about its service.

CREDCARD’s analysts report the rating is rather subjective by its very nature (it’s ‘People’s’ Rating, after all), while its advantage lies in the fact that the plastic card holders themselves have some say. There were over 19,000 respondents all in all.

SKB-Bank keeps working steadily on expanding its ATM network and improving on customer service. The company aspires to be as much customer-friendly as possible to make sure SKB-Bank’s cards are convenient to use and can serve not only as a way of getting cash but as a reliable electronic purse as well.
