Severnaya Kazna to stop handling dollar payments for one day

The bank’s official website informs the customers that Severnaya Kazna is not going to handle any outward dollar payments on January 21, 2008. All the dollar payments and stock trading operations will be performed on Tuesday, January 22, 2008, though.
