RBC.Rating came up with a ranking of Russia’s Top 40 banks that have experienced the greatest subsidiary network expansion since the beginning of the year. The agency’s website reports that SKB-Bank has seventy-three offices throughout Russia as of July 1, 2007. These are six subsidiaries, three representations, and sixty-four offices. Besides, this network growth enabled the bank to hit Russia’s Top 20 banks with the greatest dynamics of subsidiaries’ development: the bank’s net assets amounted to 327.87 million RUR per one bank outlet on July 1, 2007.
One way to evaluate the efficiency of a bank’s subsidiary network is to look at the volume of consumer loans per outlet, says RBC.Rating. As for SKB-Bank, its efficiency has been proved by the impressive 106.74 million RUR worth of consumer loans per outlet.
SKB-Bank has been set on creating specialized customer service centers in all the cities and towns where its offices are located. These centers include mortgage lending centers and centers of small and medium-scale business development. The beauty of these centers is that all the parties involved in the process of, say, getting a mortgage loan are all conveniently gathered in one place.
