Severnaya Kazna stopped accepting UnionCard and STB-Card plastic cards on September 20, 2007 when ATM and point-of-sale terminal transactions became no longer available for this group of cardholders. The reason for this is that Bank VTB 24, who used to be UnionCard’s calculating agent, stopped cooperating with the business.
