Alexander Travka might be appointed head of the Ural division of the State Aviation Surveillance Agency. Mr. Travka is now employed in the capacity of deputy head and is probably getting the final approval in Moscow at the moment. He is thus going to succeed Anatoly Telegin, who retired on July 16, 2007.
