Uralfinprombank’s net profit went down by 10%, the bank’s official report states.
'This drop in net profit has to do with increased interest payments occasioned by greater amounts of attracted finances and having to get some kind of a reserve to make up for possible bad debts,’ the report says. The bank’s net profit came to 30.312 million RUR in the second quarter of 2007 against 33.941 million RUR in the first quarter of the year.
