According to the data provided by UralLeague Commercial Bank and available at the website of the Central Bank of Russia, the volume of loans given by the bank to nongovernmental commercial organizations for a term of over three years went down by 13.23% (from 14.550m RUR to 12.625m RUR) in January-October 2006.
