Mechel Bank lends 68.02% less money to natural persons in January-September 2006, reports Central Bank of Russia

According to the Central Bank of Russia, the volume of loans given by Mechel Bank to natural persons for a term of 91 to 180 days has gone down by 68.02% (from 37,137,000 RUR to 11,876,000 RUR) throughout January-September 2006.
