Non-resident legal entities place 17% less money with UralTransBank in January-September 2006, reports Central Bank of Russia

According to the Central Bank of Russia, non-resident legal entities placed 17% less money (28,294,000 RUR in September compared with 34,265,000 RUR in January) for a term of over three years with UralTransBank in January-September 2006.
