Federal Antimonopoly Service in Sverdlovsk Region found violations in advertising of 21st century Tobacco. The company’s billboards were located within less than is legal of a children’s hospital and a secondary school. The suit against Saturn EK, the company that was distributing the advertisements of the tobacco producer, was put off since the defendant was represented by someone without the procuration needed for the case.
