Ural Airlines to introduce new destinations

5 September 2006 (12:54)

Ural Airlines are hoping to introduce new flights to a number of destinations in South-East Asia. The carrier is going to acquire a few mid-range Airbus -320 planes in the nearest future, which will allow the company to perform regular flights to Deli, Bangkok, and Beijing. These flights will be offered by the carrier in cooperation with the interline partners for the time being.

The flights bound for these cities are attractive for both tourists and entrepreneurs; the federal aviation authorities are currently getting ready to negotiate on air communication development with India, Thailand, and China. If the negotiations concerning the Ural Airlines flights run successfully, the company’s clients will be able to fly to these countries directly from Yekaterinburg. One could, for example, go to Beijing for the Olympics of 2008.
