Mechel-Bank starts dealing in loans in its Tyumen subsidiary

Mechel-Bank JSC started dealing in loans given via VISA plastic cards in Tyumen on August 1, 2006. The introduction of the bank’s subsidiary in Tyumen was registered by the Bank of Russia Administration in Chelyabinsk Region on June 7, 2006. The office has an ATM providing both cash and information concerning ones’ account.
