Chelyabinsk Mine Construction Enterprise JSC is going to hold AGM on June 30, 2006. The points on the agenda include approving of the company’s annual report, the P&L statement, and the P&L distribution, including the declaration of dividends. The shareholders will also elect the Board members the Inspection Committee, and the company’s Auditor for 2006.
