Basalt CJSC, producer of car parts, claims to be in danger of unfriendly takeover by its German rival

Basalt CJSC, producer of car parts located in Miass, Chelyabinsk Region, claimed to be in danger of an unfriendly takeover by a rival firm Fenox of Germany. The claim was made by Gennady Brekhov, GD of Basalt CJSC, during his meeting with Head of Miassky okrug Viktor Ardabyevsky and legislature establishment of the okrug.
The meeting was also attended by some other car parts market participants, namely, GD of Track Production Association, representatives of Pelmag (Magnitogorsk) and others. In the nearest future, they are going to send a corresponding joint written appeal to Miass representative body, PR-department of Miass Legislative Assembly reports.
