Athena CJSC is going to hold the annual general meeting on June 26, 2006. The agenda includes approving of the company’s annual report for 2005, P & L distribution, including the question of dividends. Besides, the shareholders will have to elect the company’s Board, the inspection committee, and the company’s Auditor.
