Chelyabinsk forge-and-press works made 74.41% (33 million RUR) less net profit in the first quarter of 2006 against the fourth quarter of 2005. According to the company’s press release, this is due to a seasonal decrease in demand for their goods and to an increase in the energy carrier prices.
