Territorial power generating company TGK-9 invested 1.14bn RUR in stations and heat networks in 2005. 2.13bn RUR were spent on overhauls and repairs, says the annual report drawn up by the company’s GD.
Within the period of April to December 2005, the company made 26.09bn RUR of profits, the gross profit coming to 98m and net profit to 28m.
Generating Company of Perm and Generating Company of Sverdlovsk Region, whose substations and heat networks are rented by TGK-9, made 2.1bn and 764m RUR of profits, respectively. The gross profit of the former came to 1.79bn, the net profit to 1.28bn; the analogous indicators for the latter reached the points of 284m and 21m, respectively.
According to the annual report, the two generating companies will merge with TGK-9 on May 1, 2006.
