Board of Directors of Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant JSC to allot extra share issue

The Board of Directors of Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant JSC decided to allot the extra share issue of 4,457,572 nominal paperless shares with a par value 1 RUR each. The shares will be distributed among the company’s shareholders.
