Russian Federal Property Fund announces results of auction selling share holding of Magnitogrosk crane plant

Chelyabinsk subsidiary of Russian Federal Property Fund announced the results of the auction aimed at selling the share holding of Magnitogorskiy Kranoviy Zavod JSC. 1,821 shares (14.1% of the company’s authorized capital) had been put up to auction; TyazhmashComplex Ltd. outbid its rivals by offering 10.122m RUR (the opening bid was 9.640m RUR).
