VSMPO-Avisma Corporation JSC through with tax inspection

VSMPO-Avisma Corporation JSC has gone through the tax inspection that had been on from November 21, 2005 to March 17, 2006. The tax inspectorate specialists had been examining the company’s activity for the period of January 1, 2003 to December 31, 2004.
‘To make the examination possible, we had to produce the P % L tax registers as well as all the other accounting documents. Our book-keeping, the profits tax, VAT, the single social tax, property tax payments, transport tax, water use tax, imputed earnings tax, local taxes, the sales tax (cancelled on January 1, 2004), tax on profits coming from foreign legal entities, and obligatory insurance contributions to Russian Federation Pension Fund all were looked into. The inspection also included investigation of our loyalty to Russian Federation legislation on currency,’ the company’s spokesperson said to UrBC representative.
The examination resulted in declaring that the corporation had not violated any tax legislation.
