Ural Airlines Collect 179 Russians from Thailand

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, April 20, 2020. Ural Airlines operated their special-purpose Flight U6 3622 (Bangkok-Kazan-Ufa), taking 179 Russian nationals back home from Thailand, the air carrier’s press service reports.
‘The special-purpose flight was operated on April 16, with 179 passengers on board. 111 people were headed for Kazan and 68 people for Ufa. The flight landed in Kazan at 11:15 PM and then in Ufa at 04:20 AM on April 17 (local time). The flight for the Russian nationals was operated in accordance with the Rosaviation-approved evacuation schedule,’ the press service says.
The airline says they keep on operating evacuation flights for Russians currently located abroad, with support from Russia’s Foreign Affairs Ministry, Russia’s Communications Ministry, Russia’s Transport Ministry, and foreign states’ embassies and consulates in Russia. Bangkok-Yekaterinburg flight will get operated on April 18.
Now Russian nationals can apply for evacuation support via gosuslugi.ru, the company says.
