People working in Sverdlovsk Region’s finance sector earned the most last year (RUB 64,000 a month on average), followed by those employed in audit, law, architecture, science, and tech (RUB 56,000) and those in the communications industry and IT (RUB 55,000), RIA Novosti’s recent pay rating indicates.

Sverdlovsk Region only came No. 32 in the national rating; according to the rating, in other Russian constituencies, these are the people in the mining industry, finance, and mental labor sector that earn the most.

Sakhalin (top salaries at RUB 350,000+ a month), Moscow (up to RUB 200,000), Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District (RUB 150,000+), and Saint Petersburg (RUB 145,000) proved the Russian constituencies with the best pay in 2019, RIA Novosti’s research indicates.
