UrBC, Yekaterinburg, March 18, 2020. As of March 9, 2020, the average asking price on Yekaterinburg existing home market came to RUB 72,456 per m2 (down 0.2% on one month earlier), Ural Real Estate Chamber’s Analytical Department’s recent report states.
The number of apartments on offer in Ural Real Estate Chamber’s database dropped by 0.3% (down to 8,430 units) in the last four weeks as well.
