Yekaterinburg: Rental Prices Go Up 5%

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, November 22, 2019. The price of renting a home in Yekaterinburg has gone up by 5% since November 2018 and now amounts to RUB 22,829 a month on average, Novosel Group’s research findings indicate.

The rental prices of studio apartments increased by 1.7%, those of one-bedroom homes rose by 8.1%, and those of two-bedroom ones by 3.6%.

The rental prices of homes in ‘economy-class’ apartment buildings (older structures built in the fifties, seventies, and eighties, small-size apartments, and so on) increased by 1.4% compared with November 2018. The rental prices of homes in custom-designed apartment buildings rose by 0.6%.
