Ural Airlines: New Perm-Prague Flight

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 20, 2019. Ural Airlines started operating a new, scheduled flight from Perm to Prague and back. There were 127 passengers on board the inaugural flight operated in this direction on September 18, the air carrier’s press service reports.

The solemn introduction ceremony took place at Perm’s Bolshoye Savino Airport on September 18, 2019. Perm Territory Government’s First Vice Premier and Perm Territory’s Construction Minister Mikhail V. Syutkin, Managing Director at Perm International Airport Sultan Dzharmukhanov, and Ural Airlines representatives all attended the event. These were the passengers on the flight who had the honor of cutting the symbolic red ribbon and starting the check-in.

‘We are grateful to Perm Territory Government and Perm International Airport for their support with the introduction of the flight. We believe our concerted effort will ensure growing passenger traffic, make this flight popular, and open up opportunities for the air carrier to operate flights to some other, equally interesting, destinations,’ the airline official said.

Airbus A320 that took the first set of passengers from Czechia’s capital to Perm got the traditional water-arch welcome.

According to Ural Airlines’ press service, their Perm-Prague flight gets operated every Wednesday and Saturday. The flight will be available throughout the fall and winter and will get operated on Airbus liners (both Economy and Business seats available). The flight is about four hours long.
