Yekaterinburg: Existing Home Prices Go Up 5.8%

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 18, 2019. The average asking price rose by 5.8% (up to RUB 66,149 per m2) on Yekaterinburg existing home market between August 2018 and one year later, Novosel’s research findings indicate.
According to the company’s Head of Analytics Sergey Menshenin, prices rose most noticeably in Staraya Sortirovka (+8.8%), Uralmash (+8.2%), and VIZ (+7.1%) and least noticeably in Shirokaya Rechka (+1.9%), ZhBI (+3.3%), and Vtuzgorodok (+3.3%).
Compared with the start of the year, the average asking price went up by 1.8%.
