UrBC, Yekaterinburg, January 28, 2019. Ural Airlines are now launching a sale on their Moscow-Kaliningrad-Moscow flights: prices start from RUB 6,170 (round trip) through March 31, 2019, the air carrier’s press service reports.

The price of state-subsidized tickets for Saint Petersburg-Kaliningrad-Saint Petersburg and Moscow-Kaliningrad-Moscow flights is now also lower: RUB 2,000 (one way) for adults and RUB 1,500 (one way) for children for flights to be operated through February 28, 2019.

Eligible to apply are Russian nationals under 23; women over 55 and men over 60; people with Group I disabilities and people accompanying them on their flight; people with Group II and III lifelong disabilities and people accompanying them on their flight; and families with three or more children. The subsidized tickets are available at a booking office, as long as you produce your proof of eligibility.
