Yekaterinburg: Existing Home Supply Down 4.1%

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, June 9, 2018. The average asking price rose by 0.1% on Yekaterinburg existing home market in the last four weeks and currently comes to RUR 68,224 per m2, Ural Real Estate Chamber reports.
‘In terms of quantity, the market is going through a bit of a down time: the current market supply comes to 8,740 apartments all in all, which is 4.4% less than the 9,150 apartments on offer shortly before New Year. The figures aren’t likely to go up any time soon. The same holds true for Yekaterinburg’s suburban locations as well. Additionally, there are nearly 1,700 rooms in communal apartments on offer at the Chamber’s database, and 730 apartments located in satellite towns of Aramil, Berezovsky, Verkhnyaya Pyshma, and Sredneuralsk,’ the Chamber’s report states.
It takes 3.5 months on average to make a sale.
