Yekaterinburg: Developer Looks for Quarter Designer

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, June 5, 2018. The developer RSG-Akademicheskoyer is coordinating a tender to find the designers for a new quarter in Yekaterinburg’s District Akademicheskiy, the company press service reports.
Under the terms of the contract, the designers are to produce a comprehensive development project for Quarter 11, do all the engineering survey jobs, and come up with project and design documentation for a set of apartment buildings with adjacent/built-in commercial space and underground parking lots (Blocks 11.1.1 and 11.1.2).
Opening bid: RUR 48,699,038.
Application deadline is June 20, 2018; the contract obligations must be met by July 2019.
