Sverdlovsk Region Government came up with a list of local roads and highways that will undergo repairs this year, the plan is to draw up the project documentation for the needed construction and reconstruction jobs and overhauls, the Mid-Urals Information Policy Department reports.

There are now eighty road sections on this list, with some of them transferred over from last year. The list covers the sections that need fixing particularly urgently because they are responsible for connecting the more remote villages and settlements to the rest of the constituency.

The project documentation will be developed for the reconstruction of a bridge across the Taborinka River on Tabory-Dobrino highway in District Taborinsky. The new bridge is meant to provide all-the-year-round, safe access to Dobrino, Toromka, Yemelyashevka, and Mochalka, where over 150 people live all in all.

The only road from Krasnoarmeysky, District Asbest, to Ostrovnoye, District Berezovsky, becomes nearly impassable in the fall and winter. The project documentation for the construction of Krasnoarmeysky-Ostrovnoye Highway (with solid asphalt coating) has already been developed.
