UrBC, Yekaterinburg, February 19, 2018. The Ural Bank for Reconstruction & Development (UBRD) and Mango Telecom are trying a pilot sale of Mango Office Virtual (Cloud) PBX in five Russian cities where the bank operates, the bank’s press service reports.
‘Mango Office is a service that helps companies with a large inflow of incoming calls always stay in touch with their customers. A service user is provided with a PBX, call analysis data, call recording, and other options. For the time being, Mango Office is only available at UBRD branches in Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen, Perm, and Ufa,’ the press service says.
UBRD first entered the non-financial services market in 2014. Its business customers can currently benefit from finance diagnostics, HR consulting, legal advice, property insurance, remote company setup, accounting services, and now Mango Office as well. Private customers can buy insurance or get their tax return forms filled for them.
‘This year, the bank will keep on selling non-financial services to all customer segments. Our plan is to introduce a market place-like ‘service ecosystem’. It is essential that our users can choose from among a wide range of options and products so that they can get everything they need in one place: this bank,’ says UBRD Corporate Business Development Director Yelena Sorvina.
