Ural Airlines Launch Saint Petersburg-Tenerife Flight
22 September 2017 (12:56)
UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 22, 2017. Ural Airlines recently introduced a new, scheduled flight from Saint Petersburg to Tenerife, the air carrier’s press service reports.
Starting from October 22, 2017, passengers can head for the Canary Islands’ most popular location. The flight will be operated every Friday, with a stopover in Barcelona, which means you can book a ticket either to Barcelona or Tenerife. The one-and-a-half hour break in Spain’s capital is a great opportunity to go shopping and have a cup of coffee in between the two legs of the journey.
‘Tenerife is a unique destination for Saint Petersburg’s locals and a great winter time vacation option. The place is known as the ‘Island of Eternal Spring’, with unfailingly great weather. Once there, you must see the black volcanic sand beaches and the island’s most prominent landmark, Mount Teide, believed earlier to house the devil. Travelers can also see the unique landscapes with endemic plants, such as Anaga Park with its two-meter-high dandelions or tree-like daisies. The adrenalin rush lovers will be definitely impressed by a trip through the mountains leading to the ‘pirate village’ of Masca,’ the press service says.
