‘People feel more comfortable settling for this or that particular bank if their friends or acquaintances recommend it. This kind of good reputation is an indicator of a bank’s reliability of sorts. Our customers are quite happy to recommend our services to their friends and family and to get remuneration for this,’ the press service quotes UBRD Debit Transactions Director Olga Aksenova as saying.
According to the bank’s Deputy Marketing Director Evgenia Ginsburg, the bank’s customers say their friends’ advice is their most trusted source of information about a bank and its terms and conditions.
