Ural Airlines: New Luggage Regulations

18 November 2016 (09:27)

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, November 18, 2016. Ural Airlines adopted new luggage and cabin luggage regulations recently, the air carrier’s press service reports.

‘Passengers tend to use more overhead compartment space in winter because of all the overcoats and other personal belongings. This can be uncomfortable for those traveling with cabin luggage only, so Ural Airlines adopts new rules on November 20: a Promo ticket covers one piece of cabin luggage (under 5kg) and one piece of regular luggage (under 10kg); if you fly Economy or Premium Economy, your ticket covers one cabin luggage item (under 5kg) and one piece of luggage (under 23kg); if you fly Business Light, you can have two cabin luggage items (under 15kg all in all) and one piece of luggage (under 32kg) at no extra charge; and if you fly Business class, your ticket covers two pieces of cabin luggage (under 15kg all in all) and two pieces of regular luggage (under 32kg each),’ the press service says.

Please note that the amount of luggage a particular type of ticket covers may vary depending on your destination. Tickets booked before November 20 still cover the amount of luggage that was stated in the terms and conditions as of the moment of purchase; new rules apply to all tickets purchased after November 20.

The airline’s Wings Club members can still enjoy all the bonuses of their loyalty cards.
