Yekaterinburg: Price of Beef Goes Up 11.5%

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, October 14, 2016. The price of beef went up by 11.5% on Yekaterinburg market in September 2016 compared with September 2015, Rosstat reports.
A kilo of beef could be had for 347.97 RUR on average last month, compared with 312.01 RUR a year earlier.
As for Sverdlovsk Region on the whole, beef prices went up by 7.9%, from 320.14 RUR in September 2015 up to 345.47 RUR last month. The country’s average dropped by 0.25%, from 313.63 RUR down to 312.86 RUR per 1 kg of meat.
