Sverdlovsk Region Government’s debt goes up 18bm RUR

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, January 19, 2016. Sverdlovsk Region’s debt reached 66.5bn RUR on January 1, 2016, the local Cabinet’s official website states.
The figure came to 48.2bn RUR as recently as on October 1, 2106, which means the debt amount went up by over 18bn RUR in the last quarter of 2015.
This year’s budget sets the upper limit for the administration of internal state debt at 5.5bn RUR.
