July 9, 2014. It is now possible to book plane tickets and hotel rooms as well as pay for your online purchases using any of SKB-Bank’s card types. The bank granted access to e-banking services to all of its cardholders after 3D Secure technology had been introduced on a large scale. The technology allows the systems to identify cardholders immediately before a payment transaction is made, the bank’s press service reports.

SKB-Bank’s customers can now pay for their shopping at online stores as long as the latter support Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. Upon a shop’s request, the bank will send their customers a code that is necessary to complete the check. The code is delivered via a text message, which is exactly why it is important to make sure that the bank card you are using for your transaction has the SMS alert service option.

‘Pay for your online shopping with the help of any SKB-Bank card and feel secure about your bank account’s safety! For more information on the cashless transactions identification system, please visit our website,’ SKB-Bank reports.
