Over 430,000 sq m of housing gets built in Sverdlovsk Region in January-April 2014

According to the data provided by SverdlovskStat, 437,600 sq m of housing got built in Sverdlovsk Region in January-April 2014, with financing provided from all the possible budgets and private funds. This figure is 2.3 times bigger than in January-April 2013, Sverdlovsk Region Economics Ministry's press service reports.
Private builders put up 63.4% of all this housing (277,600 sq m), which is 1.8 times bigger than in January-April 2013.
28,300 sq m of economy class housing were commissioned in Sverdlovsk Region in the four months of 2014; this was 2 times more than a year earlier.
It's worth noting that the commissioning figures were the highest in Yekaterinburg (188,211 sq m), Sysert (39,592 sq m), Beloyarsky (31,325 sq m), Aramil (15,855 sq m), Verkhnyaya Pyshma (15,452 sq m), Berezovsky (13,484 sq m), and Pervouralsk (10,405 sq m).
