Ural Rubber Goods Plant might sell daughter company

October 18, 2013. Ural Rubber Goods Plant Board of Directors wants to sell its daughter company Chkalovsky Fuel & Energy Complex, the company's official message states.
The Ural Rubber Goods Plant BOD is meeting on October 24, 2013 to look into the directive for the Director-General to sell a 100% share in Chkalovsky Fuel & Energy Complex's authorized capital. Chkalovsky currently belongs to Ural Rubber Goods Plant; the selling price should be at least as big as the one to be determined by the BOD.
According to official reports, Chkalovsky Fuel & Energy Complex was set up on the premises of a water-heating boiler facility at Ural Rubber Goods Plant in October 2011. The facility has the capacity of 350 gigacalories per hour.
