Burgas’s Revenues Grow 15% in 2012, Sinara Group Says

April 5, 2013. Burgas, the Sochi-based B&B owned by Sinara Group, came up with a financial and operation performance report for 2012. By the end of the year, the boarding house’s revenues came to more than 232.8m RUR, which is 15% more than in 2011; sales revenues came to 13.7m RUR. All in all, more than 11,000 people chose to spend their vacations at Burgas, Sinara Group’s press service reports.
Last year’s long-term investment program resulted in a new outdoor pool with heated water, two reconstructed gyms, and a mini-football/basketball/volleyball pitch. Also, Forum, a multifunctional conference hall fit for 300 people, was opened at the premises. In addition, the B&B’s own beach strip was renovated as well. The investments aimed at improving the vacationers’ staying conditions amounted to 52.8m RUR.
