March 26, 2013. Russian Vice Premier Dmitri Rogozin decided on who will comprise the coordination committee for the 9th International arms, military vehicles, and ammunition exhibition Russia Arms EXPO 2013 (RAE 2013) that will be held in Nizhniy Tagil on September 25-28, the Governor’s Information Policies Department reports.

The coordination committee comprises Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Evgeny Kuivashev, Russia’s Industry & Trade Minister Denis Manturov, Rosoboronexport Director-General Anatoly Isaikin, Head of the Federal Customs Service Andrei Belyaninov, Russia’s Deputy Defense Minister Yuri Borisov, the representatives of other ministries and departments, and some military experts.

Russian Vice Premier agreed to supervise the exhibition preparation proceedings upon Kuivashev’s request last year. Every year, the arms exhibition attracts more and more exhibitors from all over the world, so Staratel shooting range is expected to become the country’s primary demonstration site for the terrestrial military vehicles.
