January 21, 2013. Ural Airlines has created a new link between Chelyabinsk and the Chinese capital: the new scheduled Chelyabinsk-Beijing flight will be operated every Wednesday on a comfortable Airbus 320 plane starting from March 6, 2013, the airline’s press officer reports.

The cheapest round trip tickets are available for ?490 (excluding the fees and charges). These can already be booked and purchased.

The airline says a trip to Beijing means an opportunity to encounter the ancient history and the amazing traditions of the Celestial Empire as well as to do the shopping of one’s dreams at Beijing’s numerous malls and markets. The city strikes one with its grandeur: it is the home of Gugun Palace, the world’s largest pleasure-dome of 9,000 rooms, and the world’s largest Tiananmen Square. There is also the North Sea Park (Beihai) in downtown Beijing: this is a masterpiece of landscape design, complete with picturesque lakes, islands, palaces, and temples.
