Ural Airlines’ Passenger Traffic Rises 41% since January 1

December 12, 2012. Ural Airlines came up with a performance report for November 2012. The company transferred 266,681 passengers last month, which is 34% more than in November 2011. All in all, 3,272,534 passengers have flown with this air carrier since the beginning of the year. On November 16, Ural Airlines checked in their 3,000,000th passenger of the year for the first time in the airline’s history.

In November 2012, Ural Airlines operated 2,241 flights (this is 32% more compared with November 2011). This figure included 675 international flights, 999 domestic flights, and 567 flights around the CIS. The actual passenger turnover came to 742,091,000 passenger-kilometers, which is 31% better than a year earlier.

Ural Airlines have operated 24,732 flights since the beginning of the year altogether, including 10,326 international flights, 9,154 domestic flights, and 5,252 flights around the CIS. The company’s passenger turnover rose by 41% in the eleven months of 2012 and amounted to 8,866,325,000 passenger-kilometers. Also, 10,327,009 kg worth of freight and 1,766,259 kg worth of mail has been handled over the given period.
