October 9, 2012. The unemployment rate in Yekaterinburg came to 0.53% in the third quarter of 2012, Yekaterinburg Administration’s Economics Department’s data state.
The highest unemployment rate (2.15%) was registered in Yekaterinburg in 2009, when the world economy was quite unstable. After that, the figures kept going down and came to 1.13% at the end of 2010 and to 0.77% at the end of 2011.
